Rates are £65 per day or £35 per half day (excluding the Beta suite which is £50 per day and £30 per half day).

Technical surgeries and 1:1 assistance are charged at £75 per hour.

Access times are Wednesdays to Fridays only. A day's session is from 10:30am-4:30pm, and a half-day session is either from 10:30am-1pm, or from 2pm-4:30pm.

We only take individual bookings up to two weeks in advance, unless you are booking a block of three or more days in which case there is no restriction.

The suite opens at 10:30am. If you haven't arrived or contacted us by 11:30am we will cancel your booking and release the workstation to someone else.

Likewise, if the suite is fully-booked but you need access, please call us after 11:30am to check for cancellations.

We require 24 hours notice (before 10:30am the day prior to your booking) of a cancellation, otherwise you will be liable to pay for the time booked.
