This advanced course to Apple's leading non-linear editing package is ideal for those that have already completed our own Final Cut Pro Intermediate course (or similar), and would like to take their editing skills even further.

The course offers a detailed exploration of split editing and match framing, track auto selection, keyboard shortcuts and customising windows and the user interface. Colour correction and grading (3-way colour corrector, tones, levels, and contrast) will also be covered in detail along with a practical look at composite modes. Finally, students will be given the chance to look at the monitoring process using scopes and broadcast standard colour bars and set-up.

Each student has their own workstation for the practical parts of the course and can discuss any specific areas of interest they may have towards the end of the day with the tutor.
