Opened in November 2000, our facilities offer access to digital art and video editing tools, as well as emergent technologies project space, at basement cost in the centre of Hackney.

Our Media Lab provides professional post-production facilities which are available to filmmakers and digital artists for hire at subsidised rates. Post-production facilities include five edit suites equipped with BetaSP, DVCAM, miniDV and VHS decks. A3 flatbed scanners, 35mm film scanners, and large format printers (A3 and A2) complement the facilities. Click here for a comprehensive list of hardware/software configurations.
